Order Acceptance
Verify the items and quantities in your shopping cart before checkout. Confirm your order and validate your billing/shipping address on the Checkout page before paying. To complete your order, it will direct you to our secured PayPal account to complete your payment.
We do not accept international orders.
Order Changes and Cancellations
If you want to change or cancel your order, contact us within 24 hours of purchase. We do not accept changes or cancellations after we ship the order.
Custom Orders
To place a custom order for bracelets, email us with the details of your request to receive a quote. Turnaround time varies based on material availability, order size, and labor requirements. You must make full payment at the time of order through PayPal or Cash App.
Payment Methods
Website (lifefaithlove.com) – We accept major credit cards, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover, via PayPal. Upon checkout, you will be directed to PayPal’s website to process your payment. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can checkout securely as a PayPal guest.
Facebook and Instagram – You can pay using any major credit card through MetaPay. At checkout, MetaPay processes your payment. Alternatively, you can choose PayPal or Shop Pay as your payment method.

The website (lifefaithlove.com) does not collect credit card information. PayPal processes all payments using encryption and data security to protect your details and ensure a trusted payment experience.

Order Processing Time
We process orders for shipping within 1-3 business days. We do not process orders on weekends or holidays. Once your order ships, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number.
Shipping Information
Shipping cost: $5.40 flat rate for all jewelry items. $6.00 flat rate for wax cubes.
All orders ship from South Carolina. Depending on the package weight, we ship all orders via the United States Postal Service (USPS) by First Class or Priority Mail. Most domestic orders take 2 to 7 business days to arrive, depending on your location and the efficiency of your local postal service.
Returns & Exchanges
If you have an issue with your purchase, email us the details of your concern. Include your order number and any relevant information. We will work together to determine a mutually agreeable resolution.
Jewelry Care & Repairs
Please refer to the Jewelry Care guide to learn how to care for your jewelry. If your item needs repairs, contact us immediately for assistance. All repair fees are due before we begin the repairs. Repairs will only be made to jewelry created by Life Faith Love.
